Spin Ops is a one-person operations consultancy based in Edinburgh. I'm Allan Hutcheon.
I run operations across a handful of growing businesses (a B2B accessibility platform, a hospitality booking company, a community platform for venture-stage founders), typically as their fractional operational lead. After years of watching the same patterns repeat (good people, decent tools, work still falling through the cracks), I built the systems and the agent infrastructure that now run my own consultancy.
That is the through-line for everything Spin Ops does: senior operational judgement, applied to the problems that are actually costing you time, delivered by someone who has run the function rather than just advised on it.
